Service Terms and Conditions

- 2 guests minimum
- Wildlife sightings are NOT guaranteed as we are viewing animals in their own wild habitat.
- No refunds will be offered in the event of no animal sightings but another virtual tour may be offered at another mutually agreed time at the discretion of the guide.
- Virtual tours are conducted via the streaming platform Zoom, an account and appropriate internet connection are required.

Cancellations:
Cancellations over 5 days of the tour date will be cancelled with no penalty.
Cancellations between 1-5 days will incur non-refundable penalties such as any administration fees, entrance fees and pre-booked activities.
Cancellation under 24 hours will be with a 50% penalty.
Where possible an alternative tour date will be offered before a refund will be issued.

Payment for the tour acknowledges our terms and conditions and is final.
